Supply of Fertilizers under Framework Contract for F.Y. 2026-27 by Regional Agricultural Research Institute Bahawalpur

The Regional Agricultural Research Institute, Bahawalpur invites E-Bids through the E-Procurement System from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, Firms, and General Order Suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of fertilizers under a Framework Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - DAP (75 units) - Urea (165 units) - SOP (30 units) The contract covers supply of these fertilizers as and when required through purchase orders, subject to availability of funds and terms and conditions of the contract. The Procuring Agency shall not be bound to procure the entire estimated quantity. Bidders must be registered on the E-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules-2014. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost immediately after publication or obtained from the institute after payment of PKR 500. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (PKR 57,000) in the form of Demand Draft or CDR from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be uploaded and original submitted before the closing date. Bids will be opened on Thursday, 22nd October 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the institute. Valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates must accompany the bid. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder for each item individually.
