Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockiest on FOR, Islamabad basis registered with Sales Tax Department having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. The description of tenders alongwith terms & conditions are as under: Items being procured: - Supply Fitting, Fixture and Installation of items for Clean Room - Supply & Installation of 1.5 Ton AC's and 1 Ton AC's - Supply & Installation of tempered Glass, Supply & Installation of Printed Vinyl Glass Paper, Supply & Installation of False Ceiling etc. Detailed specifications alongwith terms & conditions can be obtained from the undersigned by making a request in writing on firm's letter-head alongwith the bank draft/pay order of given tender fee in the name of Head LAO, P.O Box 1021, Islamabad. Tender fee in CASH will not be accepted. Tender/quotation must be accompanied by 02% earnest money of total order value (inclusive GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O Box No.1021, Islamabad. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who could not supply the stores against orders in past. Onus of the postal delays in the delivery of tenders shall rest with the tenderer. The envelope should be super-scribed by tender number and its due date. Tenders received after date of opening shall not be entertained. The validity of the tenders must invariably be 60 days from the date of opening. Tenderer's own validity less than this will be accepted. Tenders containing cutting and overwriting shall be rejected forthwith. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept / reject any or all the quotations any stage/time. Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through dak/fax/email. The original bank draft should be received if this office ONE DAY before the opening date. Last date of issuance of tender document is also ONE DAY before opening date of tender. This tender is issued by Head LAO, Islamabad. Interested bidders should ensure their registration with FBR and Sales Tax Department and prepare their bids accordingly. Earnest money must be submitted as CDR or Pay Order as specified. Bidders should carefully follow the tender opening schedule and submit their bids before the deadline. The tender opening will be conducted on 08-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. One practical tip for bidders is to ensure that their tender documents are complete and free from any overwriting or corrections to avoid rejection. Also, timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
