Supply and Fixing of Canopy for Toyota Double Cabin Revo and Tyres for Vehicles

National Grid Company Limited (NGC) Islamabad invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from eligible firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and active taxpayers listed with the Federal Board of Revenue. The procurement is for the supply and fixing of canopy for Toyota Double Cabin Revo and tyres for vehicles attached to the office of Director Project NGC Islamabad. Items being procured: - Canopy for Toyota Double Cabin Revo - Tyres for Vehicles Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be accessed through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS v2.0) at www.epads.gov.pk. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS v2.0 and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to Director (Projects), NGC Islamabad. The bid security must be submitted in original to the mentioned office before the bid submission deadline. Bidders must not be blacklisted by NTDC/WAPDA/DISCOs or any government/public department or donor agencies at the time of submission. Submission of a hard copy of the bid is also mandatory before the deadline. The bid opening will take place on 12 October 2026 at 11:30 am in the office of Director (Projects), NGC Islamabad, located at Ground Floor, House# 46, Street# 34, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad.
