The Fazlehaq College Mardan is inviting sealed bids from authorized firms and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, KPRA, and reflected on the Active Taxpayer Lists (ATL) of FBR and KPRA. The procurement covers a wide range of supply contracts for the college located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Packed Milk (Noonpur, Nestle, Haleeb Milk), Fresh Milk, Curd, Bread, Butter, and Confectionary items - Mutton, Muffin, Fish, Chicken, Ligh and Fish Ration (Seasonal fruits and vegetables) - Dry Ration (Cooking oil, Lipton, branbon, Pack tea, Rice Sella and Basmati best quality, Jam, Pulses, beans, Chana white and Masallajat etc.) - Tandoor shop for Supply of Nan, Parata & Rogni Nan - Supply of Crockery items - Supply of Sanitary items - Supply of Paint & Distemper - Supply Electric items - Supply of Printing & Office Stationary items - Supply of the space and Carpentry work for different work - Supply of Medicine for students - Barber Shop - Supply of Bhooza, Chana, barley, Husk etc - DSR Store/Shop (Supply of School Uniform & Stationary etc.) (Security Rs 500000 Refundable) - Tuck Shop and General Store (Security Rs 400000 Refundable) - Dairy farm building lease, Approximate area 155'x210', Lease per annum for two years (extendable based on timely payment of rent) (Security Rs 500000 Refundable) The technical scope includes supply of food items, crockery, sanitary goods, paint, electrical items, stationery, medicines, and services such as barber shop and tuck shop. Additionally, there is a lease contract for a dairy farm building. The contracts require adherence to item rate basis pricing as per DC/DFC Mardan or KP Joint Price control for Peshawar District. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience in government or autonomous institutions. The bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) is 2% of the estimated cost.
