Supply of Food and Grocery Commodities to Pakistan Sports Board Hostels and Coaching Centres

Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) is procuring food and grocery commodities for its hostels located at PSB Headquarters Islamabad and coaching centres in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar. This procurement covers a one-year supply contract on a day-to-day basis, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance and approval by the Competent Authority. Bids are to be submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) under a single stage two envelope procedure, separating technical and financial bids. The technical bid must not contain any price information and will be evaluated on criteria including experience, supply capacity, storage, transportation, product quality, and financial soundness. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened. The tender opening is scheduled for 28th June 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable by mutual agreement. Payments will be made within two months of bill submission.
