Supply of Food and Grocery Commodities to PSB Hostels and Coaching Centers

Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Islamabad invites reputed GST and Income Tax registered firms for the supply of food and grocery commodities to PSB Hostels at PSB Headquarters Islamabad and PSB Coaching Centers located in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, and Peshawar. This procurement covers a one-year contract period with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and approval by the Competent Authority. The supply is required on a day-to-day basis ensuring continuous availability of essential food items across multiple locations. The technical scope includes the provision of a comprehensive list of food and grocery items as detailed in the financial bid document. Suppliers must ensure high quality and compliance with food safety standards. The contract demands adequate storage facilities, transportation capabilities, and the ability to supply simultaneously to multiple centers. The bidder must submit a technical bid without pricing details and a separate financial bid. The bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 and a performance guarantee of Rs. 3,000,000 are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require firms to be legally established entities with valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and active taxpayer status on the FBR ATL. Experience of at least three years supplying similar goods to government or reputable private institutions is essential, supported by five work orders or performance certificates. Income tax returns for the last three years demonstrating a minimum declared annual income of Rs. 5 million are also required. Blacklisted firms are not eligible. The tender opening is scheduled for 4th June 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bidders should submit their bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) as per PPRA rules.
