Supply of Food, Hiring Charges and Repair of Vehicles for Police Personnel

The Senior Superintendent of Police Larkano invites sealed tenders from interested firms/persons registered with Sindh Government and having NTN numbers in the appropriate category for the financial year 2026-27. The technical scope includes supply of food for police personnel during various events such as Eid-ul-Azha, Muharram-ul-Haram, Ramzan Sharif (Sehri & Iftari), VIP duties, emergency duties, and anti-dacoit operations. Vehicle hiring and repair services are also included for the year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Senior Superintendent of Police Larkano, with a budget allocation of Rs. 13,261,000 for feeding charges, Rs. 8,128,000 for hiring charges, and Rs. 1,787,000 for vehicle repairs. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with income tax and Sindh Revenue Board authorities, have NTN numbers, and demonstrate a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 15 million over the last three years. Agencies must have at least three years of experience in similar work. Earnest money in the form of a call deposit is mandatory.
