Supply of Fork Lifters, Pallets, Furniture, IT & Computer Equipment, CCTV Surveillance System, and Electronics Equipment for PDMA Warehouses

Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab invites bids from well-reputed contractors, dealers, firms, vendors, and general order suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and Professional Tax authorities. Bidders must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This procurement concerns the supply of specified items for PDMA warehouses located in Sargodha, Jhang, and Rajanpur. The bidding process will be conducted through e-tendering on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Fork Lifter (3 units) - Pallets (Warehouse Use) (210 units) - Furniture including Computer Table with Chair (12), Manager Table with Chair (3), File Cabinet (6), Office Chairs (30) - IT & Computer Equipment including Desktop Computers (9), UPS for Desktop Computer (6), Printer 3-in-1 (Print+Scan+Copy) (9), WiFi Router (3), Telephone Set (9) - CCTV Surveillance System: 10 CCTV Cameras system with installation at Jhang, Sargodha, and Rajanpur (3 sets) - Electronics Equipment including Water Dispenser (3), Air Conditioner (1.5 Ton Inverter Split Type) with installation (6), LED TV with installation (6) The scope includes supply and delivery to PDMA warehouses with delivery periods ranging from 15 to 90 days depending on the item. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended), on a Single-Stage Two Envelope basis. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PDMA and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 23rd October 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day. Samples of all items are required to be submitted at the PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park Lahore before the bid closing date. Imported items require detailed technical brochures if samples are unavailable. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules, and NTN, PRA, and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
