Supply of Fresh Beef and Mutton Under Open Framework Agreement

Islamabad Club invites prequalification applications for the supply of fresh beef and mutton under an Open Framework Agreement valid for three years. This procurement is specific to Islamabad Club located in Islamabad Capital Territory. The items being procured include: - Fresh Beef Round (15–18 kg, no bone, no additional fat) - Fresh Beef Bong (1.5–2.0 kg, boneless, no tendons) - Fresh Beef Fillet (1.5–3.0 kg, fresh, not frozen) - Beef Paya (1000–1300g per piece) - Beef Chop (max 8 ribs, 3–4 kg rack) - T-Bone (450–500g, individual packing) - Beef Leg with Bone (18–20 kg) - Fresh Mutton Whole Male (10–12 kg) - Fresh Mutton Leg Male (3.5–5 kg) - Fresh Mutton Rack (2–2.5 kg, 8–12 ribs per kg) - Fresh Mutton Top Lion (7–8 joints per kg, without ribs) - Fresh Brain Mutton (>100g, hairless) - Fresh Mutton Paya (200–250g) - Fat (Mutton) – Caul & Kidney (fresh, no hair) - Fat (Beef) – Dry Kidney (no hair) - Liver (Mutton) - Lamb Whole Male (13–16 kg) - Lamb Fat/CHAKI (neat, not frozen) - Quail / Batair (150–200g) - Beef Fillet stake Frozen (200g) The technical scope requires all meat to be fresh, halal certified by Pakistan Halal Authority recognized bodies, processed in registered slaughterhouses under veterinary supervision, and transported in chilled vehicles maintaining 0°C to 4°C cold chain. No additives, preservatives, or frozen meat (except Beef Fillet stake) are allowed. Delivery is FOR Islamabad Club before noon on supply dates with required documentation including slaughterhouse stamps and halal certificates. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, SECP/Registrar of Firms registration, NTN and GST with Active Taxpayer List status, Halal Authority registration, minimum five years of relevant experience with completion certificates, non-blacklisting certificate, and ownership of at least one chilled vehicle. The tender fee is PKR 5,000 non-refundable. Applications must be submitted through EPADS and a hard copy to Islamabad Club Procurement Department by **July 20, 2026, 12:00 hours**.
