Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the supply of furniture and fixtures to 40 schools located across districts Larkana, Naushahro Feroze, Jamshoro, and Malir Karachi under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. The procurement covers manufacturing, supply, transportation, installation, and fixing of furniture items including dual desks for classes 6 to 8, teacher tables, chairs, and whiteboards. The project is funded by the European Union through the Government of Pakistan and managed by the Reform Support Unit (RSU). The scope requires bidders to manufacture furniture as per detailed technical specifications and drawings, ensuring quality materials such as Neem or Babar wood and mild steel with epoxy powder coating. Delivery will be made in shipments with storage facilities required for up to three months. Installation and fixing at designated school locations are mandatory and included in the quoted rates.
