Supply of Furniture & Fixtures by Deputy Commissioner Kharan

The Deputy Commissioner Kharan invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of furniture and fixtures. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must have 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least Rs. 25,000,000 in the previous 2 years and must be registered with an active tax payer list and sales tax certificate. Blacklisted firms by any procuring agency of Pakistan JV are not allowed. Submission of bid security is mandatory at 3% of the total bid value in the form of bank guarantee or deposit. The bid security must accompany the bid and be attested by a first-class magistrate. A Rs. 100 stamp power of attorney is required for authorization of the person submitting the bid. Items being procured: - Furniture & Fixtures (Total Item(s) Count: 2) The bidding firm must submit bids electronically through the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. No physical bids will be accepted. Tender fee is Rs. 1,500. The bidding document can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and viewed at www.bocra.gob.pk. The last date for bid submission is 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system.
