Supply of Furniture, Fixture, Machinery & Equipment, IT Equipment, Stationary and Miscellaneous Items for Deputy Commissioner Office Bahawalpur

Deputy Commissioner Office Bahawalpur invites bids for the supply of various items including Furniture, Fixture, Machinery & Equipment, IT Equipment, Stationary and Miscellaneous Items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Items being procured: - Furniture - Fixture - Machinery & Equipment - IT Equipment - Stationary - Miscellaneous Items Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped in full conformity with the Tender Document. The bids are to be submitted online via the Punjab E-procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline of 19 October 2026 till 1200 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 hours as per PPRA Rules 2014. Tender documents are available for free download at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Registration on the E-Procurement System Portal at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk is required for electronic bid submission. Income and Sales Tax registration certificates along with other required documents as per the Tender Document must accompany the bids. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.
