Tender Description
The Lahore Cantonment Board is procuring general salt and fine salt for its operational needs in Lahore. This procurement is specifically for the fiscal year 2026 and aims to ensure a steady supply of these essential materials for various uses within the cantonment area.
The technical scope includes the supply of two types of salt: general salt (Awami Namak) and fine salt (Chhota Namak). The quantities and pricing details are specified, with general salt priced at Rs. 2000 per unit and fine salt at Rs. 1000 per unit. The procurement process requires bidders to submit earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 10,000, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder must provide the salt as per the specifications and within the stipulated time.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and adherence to the terms and conditions set by the Lahore Cantonment Board. Experience in supplying similar materials and the ability to meet quality standards will be advantageous. The tender documents must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026 at the Lahore Cantonment Board office.
