Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha invites sealed offers for the supply of a comprehensive range of items including General Store & Clothing (GS&C), HPLC Lab items, QC Lab items, Mechanical Transport (MT) Tools, Electrical and General/Miscellaneous items. This procurement is crucial for the operational readiness and maintenance of military and laboratory facilities in Sargodha under the Central Ordnance Depot. Delivery is to be made at Central Ordnance Depot Sargodha within one month of purchase order issuance. Inspection and testing will be conducted by a Board of Officers or ASID/IAS&C, with costs borne by the bidder. Partial deliveries are not accepted. Price quotations must be inclusive of all taxes and duties, quoted in Pak Rupees, and valid until 31 December 2026. Firms must be registered with Army installations or willing to register with Central Ordnance Depot (Kirana) Sargodha. Pre-qualification documents include security clearance, valid NTN, sales tax, professional tax certificates, CNIC, photographs, bank statements, and ATL registration. The tender closing date is **10 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes with permanent ink, stamped and signed on each page. Only one price per item is allowed; multiple prices will lead to rejection. Offers received late or incomplete will be disqualified. The Commandant reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
