Supply of General Store Items for Postgraduate Medical Institute/Ameer-ud-Din Medical College Lahore

The Postgraduate Medical Institute/Ameer-ud-Din Medical College Lahore invites E-Bids from original manufacturers or sole distributors of foreign or local manufacturers/distributors for the supply of general store items. Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA 2024 regulations. Items being procured: - General Store Items Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost from the e-Procurement portal of the Postgraduate Medical Institute/Ameer-ud-Din Medical College Lahore with detailed specifications. The tender notice is also available on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://eprocurement.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online on or before 09-11-2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-Procurement). Hard copies are not required. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount against the quoted items must accompany all bids in the form of CDR or bank guarantee. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who may attend at the address given below. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Department PGMI/AMC during office hours 08:00 to 2:30 PM Monday to Saturday. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. PGMI/AMC will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders regarding preparation or electronic submission of bids.
