Supply of General Store and Miscellaneous Items for Communication & Works Department South Punjab

The Communication & Works Department, Government of the Punjab (South Punjab), Bahawalpur, invites sealed bids from interested firms, general order suppliers, and manufacturers for the supply of General Store and Miscellaneous Items under a framework contract for the year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under the provisions of PPRA Rules, 2014 (amended up to date) using an Open Competitive Bidding method with Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - A03901-Stationary Items - A03902-Printing & Publication Items - A03903-Conferences / Seminars / Workshops Items - A03942-Cost of Other Store Items - A03970-Other Items - A09601-Purchase of Plant & Machinery Items - A09701-Furniture & Fixture Items The total estimated cost is Rs. 12.157 Million. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial bids in sealed envelopes. Bid security of 3% of the total estimated value must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement system in the name of Section Officer (General), C&W Department (South Punjab), Bahawalpur, in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR. Bids without valid bid security will be rejected. The bid security must be valid for 120 days. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Tender documents are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement system (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) until the closing date. Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement system by 11:00 A.M. on 05-10-2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Section Officer (General), C&W Department, South Punjab, Bahawalpur.
