Supply of Genuine OEM or OEM-Equivalent Spare Parts for NATCO Passenger and Cargo Fleet Vehicles

Northern Areas Transport Corporation (NATCO) Gilgit invites reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers for the annual supply of genuine OEM or OEM-equivalent spare parts for the financial year 2026-27. These spare parts are required for NATCO's diverse fleet comprising passenger and cargo vehicles including Yutong Buses, Daewoo Buses, Hino (Euro) Buses, Toyota Coasters, Toyota Hi-Roof Vans, Shacman Trucks, Daewoo Trucks, Fiat Trucks, Hino Trucks, and other operational vehicles. Items being procured: - Genuine/OEM or OEM-Equivalent Spare Parts for NATCO Passenger & Cargo Fleet Vehicles The procurement scope covers a wide range of automotive spare parts suitable for various vehicle types operated by NATCO. The supply will support the maintenance and operational efficiency of the fleet at NATCO's Head Office in Gilgit. The tender requires firms to provide authentic and high-quality spare parts to ensure vehicle reliability and safety. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration (STN), and Active Taxpayer (ATL) status. Bidders must have a minimum of five years of proven experience supplying automotive spare parts to government departments, public sector organizations, or large fleet operators. Preference will be given to authorized dealers or distributors of the relevant vehicle manufacturers. A valid Earnest Money (Bid Security) of Rs. 1,500,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. The bid security must be valid for at least 120 days from the bid submission date. Tender documents can be obtained from the Manager Procurement at NATCO Head Office Gilgit and General Manager (South) NATCO Islamabad upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure, requiring separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Bids must be submitted by 28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM at NATCO Head Office Gilgit. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all eligibility documents, tender fee receipts, and original deposit receipts are properly attached with the Technical Proposal to avoid disqualification. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
