Tender Description

The Kasur Forest Division at Changa Manga invites electronic bids from companies or firms registered with relevant authorities including Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA) and holding a valid professional tax certificate from the Excise & Taxation Department for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement involves supply of grow bags and silt as detailed below: - Supply of grow bags (Size 12" thickness 0.3 mm) Qty: 400000 No., Estimated Cost: Rs. 24.4 million, Completion Time: 2 months, Earnest Money: Rs. 1.22 million - Supply of silt Qty: 390000 cft, Estimated Cost: Rs. 15.6 million, Completion Time: 2 months, Earnest Money: Rs. 0.78 million The tender will be conducted using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA rules 2014. Tender documents must include separate Technical and Financial Proposals accompanied by bid security. Bidders must upload their bids online only at the E-Procurement website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login before the closing date and time of 14th September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and participating firms or their representatives. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids. Earnest money must be submitted in the form of CDR to the Divisional Forest Officer, Kasur Forest Division at Changa Manga, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost as per PPRA rules 2014. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. Any fake documents or CDRs will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications/tenders before issuance of acceptance letter without providing justification.
