Supply of Heat Shrink Sleeve

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is inviting bids for the supply of Heat Shrink Sleeve material required at their Multan site. This procurement is specifically for HTPL-80 Heat Shrink Sleeve Rolls, 17 inches wide and 100 feet long, with a total quantity of 6 rolls to be delivered at the SNGPL Camp Store in Billi Wala Pipe Yard, Multan. The technical scope includes the supply of heavy-duty high-performance heat shrinkable sleeves manufactured from cross-linked high-density polyolefin sheet coated with a formulated adhesive and bonding primer. These sleeves are designed for corrosion protection of field weld joints on 3-layer polyethylene/fusion bonded epoxy coated pipelines operating at a maximum temperature of 80°C. The sleeves must meet international standards and pass independent lab test reports from recognized laboratories. The product must be new, unused, and conform to the detailed technical specifications provided by SNGPL. Eligible bidders must submit a single proposal with a separate bid bond in the form of a CDR favoring SNGPL. They should be registered with FBR and have valid professional tax clearance certificates. Experience in supplying similar materials and compliance with all technical and commercial terms is mandatory. Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. The tender closing date is **13th July 2026**, with bids to be submitted by 15:00 hours and opened at 15:30 hours on the same day. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed envelopes, both physically at the Procurement Office, SNGPL Project South Spread KLP Road, Near Jamal Din Wali By Pass, Sadiqabad Camp, and electronically on the e-procurement system (EPADS).
