Supply of Helium Gas

Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDC) Islamabad invites qualified suppliers for the supply of Helium Gas. This procurement is part of OGDC’s ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance its operational capabilities at its headquarters in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Helium Gas The scope includes the supply of high-quality Helium Gas meeting industry standards suitable for OGDC’s operational requirements. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards. The procurement will be conducted through an electronic bidding process via SAP Ariba Discovery. Eligible bidders should possess valid PEC registration where applicable, be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and demonstrate relevant experience in supplying industrial gases. Earnest Money or CDR requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents. The tender closing date is set for 24th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must submit their bids online through the designated portal before the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. The bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time. A practical tip for bidders: Carefully review the technical specifications and ensure all required certifications and compliance documents are included in the Technical Bid to avoid disqualification.
