Supply of High Density Polyethylene Blow Grade and Injection Grade

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi is procuring High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) in two grades: Blow Grade and Injection Grade. This procurement is for supplying quality HDPE materials on FOR basis to PSO House, Clifton Karachi. The HDPE Blow Grade must meet specifications including density 0.954-0.955 Kg/m3 and melt flow index 0.3-0.35 gm/10 min, while the Injection Grade requires density 0.954-0.956 kg/m³ and tensile strength at yield 23-32 MPa. Both grades must be compatible with mineral and synthetic lubricants and packed in 25 Kg bags. The total quantity includes 50 MT of Blow Grade and 5 MT of Injection Grade. The delivery period is within 60 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Suppliers must ensure product quality with analysis reports accompanying each consignment. PSO reserves the right to test materials independently and impose penalties for non-compliance including liquidated damages and order cancellation. Part delivery is allowed with minimum quantity of 4 MT per shipment. All prices must include applicable government taxes and transportation charges. Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and have relevant experience supplying industrial polymers or chemicals. Earnest Money and CDR requirements apply as per PSO terms. The Technical Bid must clearly demonstrate compliance with specifications and delivery timelines. The Financial Bid should be competitive and inclusive of all charges.
