Supply of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) to 1180 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Bhikki

Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power (Private) Limited (QATPL), wholly owned by the Government of the Punjab, invites applications from eligible and capable Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for prequalification for the supply of High-Speed Diesel (HSD) to the 1180 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant located at Bhikki, Sheikhupura, Punjab. The RLNG is the primary fuel while HSD serves as the backup fuel for the plant's operations. Items being procured: - High-Speed Diesel (HSD) supply for Bhikki Power Plant The contract is contemplated for an initial term of three (03) years with annual performance review, operating on an as-demand basis. The Prequalification Document (PQD) containing qualification criteria, documentary requirements, and submission instructions is available free of cost at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and https://qathermal.com/tenders/. Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Manual, physical, email submissions, or legacy ePADS submissions will not be accepted. Applicants must register on eP and submit before the deadline. The minimum response time is maintained under Rule 14 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended.
