Supply of HMI Controller, Ultra Coolant Oil, Square Steel, and Bus Bar for Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KSEW) invites qualified suppliers to submit tenders for the supply of various items on free delivery basis at KSEW, Karachi. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding process requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Items being procured: - HMI Controller (1 No) as per attached specification with programming, installation, and commissioning included, brand Ingersoll Rand or equivalent, with 1 year OEM warranty and supplier warranty for 12 months. - Ultra Coolant Oil (8 buckets of 20 liters each, total 160 liters), brand Ingersoll Rand or equivalent, with import documents, certificate of compliance, production date last quarter 2025 or above, warranty and shelf life provided. - Square Steel as per attached specification (1 unit), material grade as per tender or equivalent, with Mill Test Certificate (MTCS), free delivery at KSEW. - Bus Bar as per attached specification and Annex A (1 unit), including accessories, installation and commissioning at carriage factory Islamabad, make China or equivalent, with 12 months warranty. The technical scope includes compliance with KSEW specifications, authorized distributor certificates, OEM and supplier warranties, and delivery within 15 to 30 days after issuance of purchase order. All materials must be supplied free of cost at KSEW Karachi except bus bar installation at Islamabad. Eligibility requires NTN and GST registration, earnest money in shape of Pay Order (Rs. 100,000 for most items, Rs. 200,000 for some), and adherence to PPRA rules. Firms with contracts over Rs. 10 million must furnish an Integrity Pact. Validity of offers must be at least 60 days from commercial/financial opening. Tenders must be submitted in sealed covers clearly marked with the respective tender number and reach the Purchase Department, Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited, West Wharf, Karachi-74000 by 10:00 am on 30-09-2026. Opening will be at 11:00 am the same day in public.
