Tender Description
Islamabad Club invites electronic bids from government and FBR registered firms for the supply of horses food items on FOR basis. The procurement includes various feed items such as barley crush, gram whole, green fooder whole, dry fooder, salt, woodend shaving, mustard oil, bran, lin-seed oil, bajra, and wheat. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS with a bid security of Rs. 300,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 5,000.
The contract duration is one year, extendable on mutual consent with the same terms and conditions. Delivery will be on a weekly or on-call basis to Islamabad Club, with inspection and acceptance by the club's inspection team. Payment will be made within 25-30 days of satisfactory delivery. Strict compliance with tender conditions and quality standards is mandatory.
