Supply of HT/LT Coils, LT Copper Wire and Repairing of LT Coils for 100 KVA Distribution Transformers

QESCO Quetta invites E-Bids from manufacturers and suppliers registered on E-PADs 2.0 Version, with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments on active tax payer list (ATL) of FBR, and registered with QESCO. The procurement is for supply of HT/LT Coils, LT Copper Wire, and repairing of LT Coils for 100 KVA routine and low loss damaged distribution transformers, to be delivered free at Transformer Reclamation Workshop QESCO Quetta as per WAPDA/QESCO specifications (amended to date). The contractor must be registered with PEC holding Code ME-05 Certificate verified by Engineering Council Quetta, renewed for 2025-26 and 2026-27. Bidders must submit bids electronically via E-PADs 2.0 portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/login) and also submit one hard copy of bidding documents to Deputy Manager Transformer Workshop QESCO Quetta before the deadline. Bid securities in form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks in favor of Finance Director QESCO Quetta are mandatory. Bids will be opened on 21-08-2026 at 10:30 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. QESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(i).
