Supply of HT/LT Coils, LT Copper Wire and Repairing of LT Coils for 100 KVA Transformers

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites E-Bids from manufacturers and suppliers registered on E-PADs 2.0 Version, with active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration on the FBR ATL list, and also registered with QESCO. The procurement is for the supply of materials to be delivered at the Transformer Reclamation Workshop QESCO Quetta according to WAPDA/QESCO specifications amended to date. The contractor must be registered with PEC holding Code ME-05 Certificate verified by the Engineering Council Quetta, renewed for 2025-26 and 2026-27. Items being procured: - HT/LT Coils - LT Copper Wire - Repairing of LT Coils for 100 KVA Routine and Low Loss Damaged Distribution Transformers The scope includes supply and repair works at the Transformer Reclamation Workshop in Quetta. Bidders must comply with technical specifications and standards as per WAPDA/QESCO requirements. Only electronic bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS 2.0 Version) portal will be accepted. Bid security in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee must accompany bids and be submitted to the Deputy Manager Transformer Workshop QESCO Quetta by the deadline. One hard copy of the bidding documents must also be submitted to the same office. The tender will be opened on 21/08/2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidders are advised to ensure their PEC registration and ATL status are current and to carefully follow the E-PADS submission procedures to avoid disqualification.
