Tender Description
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible registered bidders for the supply of various HT, LT, and metering equipment for multiple zones under FESCO jurisdiction in Faisalabad. The procurement includes items for the following zones: Faisalabad, Jaranwala, Tandlianwala, Samundri, Chak Jhumra, and Gojra.
Items being procured:
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Faisalabad Zone
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Jaranwala Zone
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Tandlianwala Zone
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Samundri Zone
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Chak Jhumra Zone
- HT, LT, and Metering Equipment for Gojra Zone
The scope covers supply of electrical materials suitable for installation and operation in the respective zones. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category C-6 and above and must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per tender documents.
The tender documents are available on the FESCO EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 by the closing date. The deadline for submission and opening of bids is 25th September 2023 at 12:30 PM. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements including PEC registration, FBR ATL status, and earnest money submission. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated as per FESCO procurement rules.
