Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC) Karachi invites sealed tenders from suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for supply of various items and refurbishment services. The procurement includes Hydraulic Oil (01 Lot), Inserts / Cutters / Tooling (01 Lot), Nuts & Washers (624 Nos), Angle (468 Kgs), Flat Bars (1639 Kgs), Steel Rod (780 Kgs), Steel Plates (1188 Kgs), Bricks (01 Lot), and refurbishment/re-building of Heavy Duty Planner Machine & Conversion to CNC Planner Milling Machine (01 Job). Also included are complete overhaul/refurbishment and up-gradation of Parallel Cutting Machine to CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting Machine (01 Job), refurbishment and re-bushing of Floor Type Boring and Milling Machine (01 Job), maintenance services for 01 MW Solar Power Plant (01 Job), HSS End Milling Cutter (40 Nos), Tundish Nozzle, Slide Gate Set, Cooking Oil and Grease (01 Lot), and Slide Gate Set, Spray Nozzle and Gas Cutting Tips (01 Lot). The technical scope covers supply of specified quantities and refurbishment of heavy machinery at HMC Karachi. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with tender instructions. Earnest Money of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-Refundable) in the form of CDR / Pay Order in favor of HMC is required.
