Tender Description
The Inspector General of Police Balochistan in Quetta invites bids for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the technological infrastructure of the police department in Quetta, Balochistan. The tender requires bidders to submit electronic bids only, with no physical submissions accepted. The procurement follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness.
The technical scope covers a total of six items encompassing network equipment, surveillance systems, storage solutions, and general office ICT devices. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience with at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity amounting to PKR 15,900,000 in the last five years. Additionally, a turnover of at least PKR 13,250,000 in the previous five years is mandatory. Firms must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid sales tax certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed, and bidders must not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency.
The bid security required is 2% of the bid value, to be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit call from a scheduled bank. The tender fee is PKR 1,000. Bidders must upload verified work orders and supporting documents to prove eligibility. The delivery period is 30 days, and samples may be required. The last date for electronic bid submission is 07 May 2026 by 12:00 PM through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will occur the same day at 12:15 PM on the EPPS system.
