Supply of ICT Equipment (Network, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices, Office Equipment)

The High Court of Balochistan Quetta invites eligible bidders for the supply of ICT Equipment including Network devices, Surveillance devices, Storage devices, and Office Equipment with a total item count of 4. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - ICT Equipment (Network devices) - Surveillance devices - Storage devices - Office Equipment Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 4,500,000 PKR in the previous 3 years and have a turnover of at least 4,500,000 PKR in the last 3 years. Presence in the Active Taxpayer List and Sales Tax Certificate is mandatory. Joint Ventures with Pakistan entities are not allowed. Bid Security of 2% must be submitted via deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Failure to submit bid security will result in disqualification. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Registrar High Court of Balochistan Quetta upon payment of a tender fee of 1,000 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 19 September 2026 till 01:00 PM. Tender opening will be held the same day at 02:00 PM at the office of the undersigned located at Hali Road, Quetta. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids according to the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Ensure all required documents and bid security are included to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute issues.
