Supply of ICT Equipment including Network, Surveillance Devices, Storage Devices, Office Equipment

The Planning P&D Department Quetta invites bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of ICT equipment including network devices, surveillance devices, storage devices, and office equipment. This procurement is specifically for the Quetta office and aims to enhance the technological infrastructure of the department. The technical scope covers a total of four items encompassing network equipment, surveillance systems, storage solutions, and general office ICT equipment. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and provide a bid security of 2% of the bid value in the form of a deposit at call from a scheduled bank. The bidding firm must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of PKR 4,500,000 in the last three years. Active Taxpayer List registration and a valid sales tax certificate are mandatory. Joint ventures are not allowed. Tender documents can be obtained from the Planning & Development Department office at Block No13, Civil Secretariat, Zarghoon Road, Quetta, upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500. The issuance of tender documents is open from the date of publication until 14 May 2026 during office hours. The last date for bid submission is 14 May 2026 by 12:00 PM, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 1:00 PM. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including the affidavit on notarized stamp paper and audit reports for the last three years, are complete and accurate. Any discrepancies or missing bid security will lead to disqualification. Timely registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA is also essential for bid acceptance.
