Supply of Industrial Gases and Refrigerants

Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites quotations for the supply of various industrial gases and refrigerants. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Ordnance Factories located in Wah Cantt, Punjab. The tender follows the Single Stage two envelope method as per PPRA Rule 36(b) for open competitive bidding. Items being procured: - Dissolved Acetylene Gas for Industrial Purpose, 3617 CU.M - Argon Gas Purity 99.995%, 2348.4 CU.M - Carbon Di-Oxide Gas (CO2) Pure, 100 KG - Chlorine Gas Anhydrous 99-100%, 28932 KG - Nitrogen Gas Grade 'A' Type ICI Oil Free, 20 CU.M - Gas Freon-22 (Genetron) Arcton/Fregon-22, 1344.2 KG - Refrigerant-134A Gas, 2146.5 KG The technical scope includes delivery of gases in specified quantities and forms, such as liquid or gas cylinders, with detailed specifications including purity, density, melting and boiling points. The supplier must provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Manufacturer's Quality & Test Certificates, and ensure compliance with all technical parameters. Delivery is to be made on F.O.R basis at Central Stores, POF Wah Cantt, with empty cylinders collected and returned by the firm except for Gas Freon-22. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and have relevant experience and good performance records. PEC category is not specified but firms must demonstrate professional, technical, financial, legal, and managerial competency. Tender fee of Rs. 500/- and bid security as per category must be submitted. Performance bond of up to 10% of contract value is required from successful bidders. The tender opening is scheduled for 10-AUG-26 at 12:00 hours at the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt.
