Supply and Installation of 20 kW Solar System at BDC Khuzdar

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME) invites qualified suppliers and contractors for the supply and installation of a 20 kW Solar System at the Bolan Development Complex (BDC) in Khuzdar, Balochistan. This tender is specifically for the installation and commissioning of solar power equipment to support sustainable energy solutions in the region. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of 20 kW Solar System The scope of work includes the complete supply, installation, and commissioning of the solar power system as per the specifications detailed in the tender documents. The project site is located at BDC Khuzdar, requiring expertise in solar power systems and civil works related to installation. The contractor must ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards applicable to solar energy projects. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors with relevant PEC categories and have valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience in similar solar power projects will be an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR is required as per the tender document. The procurement process follows a single-stage, one-envelope procedure under PPRA rules. The tender documents can be obtained from the BME House, S.B & S.B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan from 06-07-2026 to 14-07-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM) from Monday to Friday. The last date for bid submission is 21-07-2026 by 3:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM.
