Tender Description
The Malakand Wildlife Division invites bids from eligible firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) for the supply and installation of 6 KW solar systems at three offices under the Divisional Forest Officer (DFO) Wildlife. The offices include the DFO Wildlife Malakand at Zafar Park Batkhela, DFO Wildlife Upper Swat at Masoom Shaheed Colony Matta Bar Swat, and DFO Wildlife Dir at Balambat Colony Timergara Dir Lower. The total estimated cost for the work order is Rs. 3.9 Million.
Items being procured:
- 6 KW solar system for Office of the DFO Wildlife Malakand at Zafar Park Batkhela
- 6 KW solar system for Office of the DFO Wildlife Upper Swat at Masoom Shaheed Colony Matta Bar Swat (three units)
- 6 KW solar system for Office of the DFO Wildlife Dir at Balambat Colony Timergara Dir Lower
The technical scope includes supply and installation of solar power systems at the specified offices to support green energy initiatives under the 10BTTP Phase-I Upscaling of Green Pakistan Program (Wildlife Component). Bidders must ensure quality materials and workmanship as the procuring entity will conduct thorough inspection and quality tests before final payment.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and KPPRA, provide a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of Divisional Forest Officer, Malakand Wildlife Division, and submit both scanned and hard copies of bidding documents. Bidders must also submit photocopies of National Identity Cards, active tax registration, affidavit of non-involvement in court cases with the department, and signed applications with official stamps.
Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal and hard copies delivered in sealed envelopes to the office of DFO Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Division at Zafar Park Batkhela before the closing date. Electronic bids will be opened on 10-09-2026 at 1230 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully avoid any cutting or overwriting in bidding documents as discrepancies between scanned and hard copies will lead to disqualification. Ensure all documents are clear and complete to avoid rejection under KPPRA rules.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions in the wildlife sector of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a clear timeline and transparent procurement process.
