Tender Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) based in Islamabad is procuring a comprehensive CCTV and Facial Recognition LAN Based Access Control System along with the establishment of a Control/Disaster Security Management Room at its Head Office. This procurement is specifically for Islamabad and involves supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and configuration of advanced surveillance and security equipment.
The technical scope includes supply of bullet cameras, PTZ cameras, NVR systems, racks, POE switches, smart LED displays, hard disk drives, inverters, lithium battery banks, fiber optic cables, patch panels, cable managers, patch cords, PVC conduits, MS poles, and all associated accessories. Additionally, civil works for cable trenching, excavation, and restoration are part of the contract. The system must be fully integrated, compatible, and operational with software support for Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. The contractor is advised to visit the site before bid submission to assess the full scope.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be on the active taxpayer list. Experience of at least three years in relevant projects with government departments or companies is required. Financial soundness and a list of machinery/equipment must be provided. The bid security (Earnest Money) is PKR 200,000 in the form of a demand draft or pay order. The tender will be evaluated on the least cost method among technically responsive bidders.
The submission deadline is **11th June 2026 at 2:00 PM**, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same day via EPADs. Original bid security must be submitted before online bid submission.
