All civil works including trenching and conduit installation are the responsibility of the vendor. The system must comply with international standards and provide uninterrupted 24/7 operation with a one-year defect liability period (warranty). Eligibility requires valid PEC registration, FBR/NTN registration, Manufacturer Authorization Letters for CCTV and networking equipment, site visit report signed by PMDC Sr. Manager (Tech & Transformation), and bid security as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
