Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Benazirabad Zone, invites qualified contractors for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of a 100 KVA diesel generator set at its Zonal Office located on Main Daur Road, Nawabshah. This tender is specifically for EPAD and PEC registered contractors with active FBR/SRB registration. The project involves comprehensive electrical and mechanical works including the provision of a diesel engine, alternator, canopy, LT cables, changeover switch, cable trays, and all associated civil and electrical installation works.
The technical scope covers the complete DG set with inbuilt AMF panel, soundproof canopy, exhaust system, control panels, and fuel storage and piping network. The generator must comply with international standards and be capable of continuous duty with overload capacity. The contractor must ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning in coordination with civil works and provide maintenance during the defect liability period.
Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience, valid FBR and SRB registration, PEC license, GST certificate, and must not be blacklisted. Submission requires a bid security of PKR 200,000 in the form of a pay order or banker's cheque. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 29-06-2026 before 11:00 AM, with original bid security and documents submitted in hard copy to the designated office. The tender opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
