State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids via E-PADS under Single stage two envelope procedure from original authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors with relevant experience in installation of solar systems in Federal Government organizations, banks, and multinational companies in Pakistan. The procurement is for the supply, installation, commissioning, and net metering of a 30KW on-grid solar system at the State Life Building located on Minara Road, Sukkur. Items being procured: - Supply Installation - Commissioning - Net Metering of 30KW On-Grid Solar System The firms must have a proper office, telephone number, NTN, and be duly registered with E-PADS, FBR on the ATL and GST list. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available on E-PADS v.2.0 for participation. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS v.2.0 on or before 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security and hard copies of bids must also be submitted to the office of In-charge (Real Estate Department), 7th floor, State Life Building, Thandi Sarak Hyderabad by the same deadline.
