Eligible bidders must have valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration, be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and provide a non-blacklisting affidavit. Experience of at least three years in electrical works or lighting installations is required, along with completion certificates for at least three similar projects each valued at a minimum of PKR 2 million within the last five years. A bid security of PKR 100,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 must be submitted. The LED fixtures must meet specified technical standards including minimum 25,000 lumens output, 160W power, IP65 rating, and a minimum 3-year warranty.
