Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a rotary screw air compressor and associated equipment at its Lubricants Manufacturing Plant # A (LMP-A) in Karachi. This procurement includes a complete compressed-air package comprising a variable-speed, oil-injected rotary screw air compressor, a refrigerant-type compressed air dryer, and combined pre/post air filtration with all necessary stainless-steel piping, fittings, and installation works. The equipment will supply clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to lubricant filling machines, pneumatic/process equipment, and the boiler at LMP-A. The compressor must be a genuine OEM variable-speed drive rotary screw compressor with a minimum 37 kW motor power and a free air delivery of at least 130 l/s at 7 bar working pressure. The dryer must be a refrigerant type with a capacity of at least 200 l/s and a pressure dew point of 3-5°C. All piping shall be stainless steel (SS 304L) with fittings and supports included. Electrical installation includes power cabling, protective devices, and terminations. Bidders must meet OEM qualification criteria including 25 years of experience, ISO certifications, local authorized distributorship, and service workshop presence in Pakistan. Warranty is a minimum of 12 months parts and labor from commissioning date. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required.
