Supply, Installation and Commissioning of New Sludge Pump 3HP at State Life Tower Islamabad

This tender invites bids for the supply, installation, and commissioning of new sludge pumps at the State Life Tower located at Plot-61, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad. The procurement is managed by the Real Estate Division of State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of two automatic sludge pumps, each 3HP and 3-phase, along with associated electrical and piping works. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. automatic sludge pumps 3HP (3 phase) with auto on/off float switch and control panel - Supply and installation of 2-inch PVC piping and fittings (65 feet length) - Supply and installation of 3-core electric cable (70 meters) - Supply and installation of UPVC band elbows and sockets of 2-inch diameter (24 pieces) - Supply of pipe hanging clamps, solvent, and allied accessories - Supply of steel wire (60 feet) to hang pipe and cable inside the well The technical scope covers complete installation including all labor, transportation, contractor profit, labor charges, and applicable taxes. The pumps must be of make GRUNDFOS, TSURUMI, HK, KSB or equivalent. The work must be completed within 45 days from the commencement date. A defect liability period of six months applies during which removal of defects is required. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, valid FBR/NTN registration, SST/GST registration, PEC registration in CE-10 category with specialization code ME-03, and no blacklisting by any government or private sector organization. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 30,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS system by 19-08-2026 at 11:00 am. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am.
