Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Testing of 60 KVA UPS with Batteries for PRAL Head Office Islamabad

Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of a 60 KVA UPS with batteries for its Head Office. This procurement is for a high-efficiency, 3-phase double conversion online UPS system with a 30-minute backup at half load, including allied accessories such as distribution boards, breakers, and cables. The UPS must be from an internationally recognized OEM with at least 20 years of experience in manufacturing enterprise-grade online double conversion UPS systems. Items being procured: - 60 KVA True Online Double Conversion UPS with microcontroller-based IGBT technology - VRLA/Dry Sealed Maintenance Free batteries with redundant and concurrently maintainable battery strings - External battery bank with heavy-duty powder-coated steel battery cabinet - Distribution board, breakers, cables and related accessories as per site survey The UPS shall have features including input voltage 380-415 V AC, input power factor 0.99 at full load, output voltage tolerance +/- 1.5%, overload capacity up to 150% for short durations, efficiency between 92-96%, generator compatibility, battery monitoring system, user-friendly LCD display, alarms for faults, and communication management via SNMP/Modbus cards. Comprehensive onsite warranty of 5 years for UPS and 3 years for batteries is required with prompt support and replacement services. Delivery, installation, and commissioning are expected within 6 to 8 weeks from the purchase order date. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically. Bid security and bid securing declaration are mandatory. Technical evaluation will be based on compliance with specifications, experience, OEM presence in Pakistan, delivery timelines, and financial turnover.
