Supply, Installation and Configuration of AI Server Machines at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Islamabad

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites proposals for the supply, installation, and configuration of high-performance AI server machines to be installed at the Data Center, Health and Accidental Insurance (H&AI) Regional Office, 3rd Floor, State Life Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at supporting mission-critical AI LLM workloads with enterprise-grade 2U rack servers from reputed OEMs such as Dell, HP, IBM, Huawei, or Lenovo. The servers must ensure high availability, maximum I/O throughput, future-proof scalability, and advanced remote management. Items being procured: - Enterprise AI Server Machine (including transportation, commissioning, installation, and accessories) The technical scope includes provision of servers with minimum specifications such as 2 enterprise-grade CPUs with at least 96 physical cores, 512 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM memory expandable to 1 TB, minimum 2 AI accelerators with 192 GB aggregate memory, enterprise-grade SSD storage, high-speed networking ports, redundant power supplies, and OEM-supported software and warranty. Vendors must be OEM certified partners with local offices in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and provide a minimum 3-year onsite warranty with next business day support. Eligibility criteria require vendors to have at least 5 years of relevant business experience, valid registration with tax authorities, active taxpayer status, no blacklisting, and submission of bid security amounting to PKR 1,440,000. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting on 22/09/2026 at 11:00 AM is required. Bids must be submitted through EPADs by 09/10/2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day.
