Installation, configuration, and basic training are part of the contract. The bidder must have at least five years of experience in IT solutions related to enterprise network and storage, with at least two completed contracts of similar nature. Technical personnel with relevant certifications and experience are required. The bid security must be submitted in original form before the closing date.
