Supply, Installation and Configuration of Virtualization Architecture for Islamabad Datacenter

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Health and Accidental Insurance (H&AI) Regional Office Islamabad invites qualified suppliers to submit e-bids for the supply, installation, and configuration of virtualization architecture specifically designed for the Islamabad Datacenter. This procurement aims to enhance the datacenter's infrastructure by implementing advanced virtualization technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. Items being procured: - Virtualization Architecture components The scope includes the complete supply of hardware and software components, installation at the designated datacenter site in Islamabad, and full configuration to ensure optimal performance and integration with existing systems. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as outlined in the tender documents. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for IT equipment supply and installation, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar virtualization projects and submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order as bid security is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement system by the closing date of 26th September 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The Regional Procurement Department (RPD) at the Health and Accidental Insurance Regional Office Islamabad will oversee the tender process.
