Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply and installation of 6 cooling coils of Air Handling Units (AHUs) at the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of its Head Office Building. A performance bond or guarantee amounting to 10% of the accepted work order value is required within 15 days of issuance of the work order, issued by an SNGPL approved insurance company. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of tender opening. The project completion time is two months including a mobilization period of 15 days. Liquidated damages are set at 0.2% per day of delay, capped at 10% of the total contract value. The maintenance period is eighteen months after issuance of the completion certificate.
