Supply and Installation of Desktop Computers for Computer Labs at Main Campus Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites bids for the supply and installation of desktop computers to establish computer labs at its main campus in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers (HP/Dell/Lenovo) Tower Casing (Qty = 130) - Intel Core i7, 13th Generation or higher - RAM 1x16 GB DDR5 (2666 MHz or higher), up to 32GB supported - SSD Drive 1x512 GB NVMe - Built-in 1 Gbps LAN Card - Operating System: DOS - LED Display: 22 inch or higher (viewable vision 21.5 inch) - Keyboard and Mouse of the same brand with standard accessories or equivalent The technical scope includes delivery, installation, and configuration of the equipment at the main campus. The successful bidder will maintain the equipment during a one-year warranty period, with 10% of the total bill retained as security until warranty completion. OEM/MAL certificates and proof that the equipment is not declared End of Life or End of Support by the principal are mandatory. Eligibility criteria require NTN/STN/Professional Tax and ATL registration, earnest money payment of Rs. 2,210,000 in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization and should demonstrate relevant experience and financial health. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and also by sealed envelope to the office of Director Administration, Jinnah Block, by 15th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs. Timely submission of sealed envelopes is the bidder's responsibility.
