Tender Description
The Karakoram International University (KIU) in Gilgit is procuring a high-technology drone system specifically for its Computer Science Department under the GIS/AKAH Project. This procurement involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a state-of-the-art drone at the KIU Main Campus. The drone must be brand new, fully operational, and compliant with the detailed technical specifications outlined in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The equipment should not be at the end of its support life and must have parts available for at least five years. The scope includes extended warranty and service support for a minimum of one year, including hardware repair, replacement, software updates, and principal online support.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant PEC categories if applicable, and demonstrate proven experience in drone system installation and operationalization supported by documentary evidence.
