Supply and Installation of Electric Work at Lasbela University of Agriculture Water and Marine Sciences Uthal

The Lasbela University of Agriculture Water and Marine Sciences Uthal (LUAWMS) invites sealed bids for the Supply and Installation of Electric Work at its Uthal campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with all eligibility criteria including PEC certification, FBR registration, and no blacklisting. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 2200 ft XLPE insulated 95mm, 5-core aluminum Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC) with UV stabilized Insulation Piercing Connectors - 1 lattice pole 36 ft galvanized with all necessary hardware including 11 KV grade cross arm and insulators - 2 units 100amp, 25 volt Li-ion batteries for UPS system with accessories - 2 units 3.2 kW UPS inverters with all connections - 24 units 12 watt LED bulbs (SOGO, Philips or equivalent) - 24 threaded bulb holders - 24 round blocks - 4 light plugs with boxes - 4 three pin plugs - 2 boxes U-clips for wiring - 4 rolls solution tape - 10 meters 7x29 copper cable - 24 buttons - 24 single hole boards - 1 box 1'' steel nails for wiring cables - 1 box 1'' screws for wiring cables - 1 coil 26x76 wire The scope includes supply, installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and integration of electrical distribution and UPS systems as per approved specifications and site requirements. All works must comply with safety standards and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders must submit bids online via EPADS by the deadline of Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all criteria. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS.
