Tender Description
The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) Procurement Department invites bids for the supply and installation of electrical and mechanical parts for the establishment of a mechanical workshop at the Power House SSGC Karachi Terminal. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and requires bidders to have valid PEC licenses with relevant specialization in EE03.

The procurement will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding system, with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
Bidders are required to provide bid security as described in the bidding documents, either in the form of a Bid Security or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and have valid PEC licenses with relevant specialization. The scope includes supply and installation at the Karachi terminal site, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
